Update your club contact information

PLEASE NOTE - If you have previously updated your information, it will NOT show up in this form if you open it again. If you recently updated your club's information, and it has not changed since, you do not need to resubmit.

The OVCA wants to make sure your club is up to date on our programming and services. Updating your information will help us keep you informed.

Instructions

The form should take 10-15 minutes to complete. Required information is noted with an (*). Other information, while not mandatory, will help the OVCA communicate relevant information to your club.

You will need information such as:

  1. Your club's general contact email and phone number
  2. Your club's social media addresses
  3. Your club's executive and contact emails.

Why Collect This Information?

We collect this information for several reasons:

  1. To keep OVCA files up to date
  2. To facilitate information between clubs. The OVCA is planning to create region wide mailing lists for various club executives to help share information and ideas between clubs. The more contacts you can provide, the more robust our lists can become!

Privacy and Usage

The OVCA may share this information with other curling organizations, such as Curling Ontario, but will not share this information to any other third-party organization or companies.
