2025 OVCA General Meeting/Meet and Greet
The OVCA's Annual Meeting and Meet and Greet will take place on:
- Monday, September 22nd
- Rideau Curling Club, 715 Cooper St., Ottawa ON
- Registration and Meet and Greet starts at 6:30pm
- Call to Order at approx. 7:30pm
Each member club is entitled to send two (2) representatives at no cost.
NEW - Please register BOTH of your club reps on one form. This will reduce the amount of duplication and back-end processing.
NOTE: The 2-rep limit does not include Ken Thain Award recipients attending the meeting. Award winners can bring up to 2 guests with them, and will register with a special link sent to them.
A selection of appetizers, canapes and charcuterie will be provided.
